Be mindful each moment of the day
To observe the arising of greed, anger and delusion,

Hi there. I was wondering if you may be able to elaborate on the Buddho more. As a lifelong practitioner and teacher of Vajrayana and Buddhist practices I have never heard mention of this system. The only Buddho meditation that anyone I have consulted with comes from the tradition of Ajahn Mun and the Thai Forest Tradition of Northern Thailand. Thank you.
Hi TC, you can find more about this practice here: http://www.patriciawarren.com/Patricia_Warren/Reiki_Jin_Kei_Do.html
There is also a book on our lineage by Steve Gooch: https://www.amazon.com/Reiki-Jin-Kei-Do-Compassion/dp/1905047851/ref=sr_1_1?crid=2ZXX113KK7IT6&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.-ELXUTM2tZ9fu9RK5u8rKsg94_FkuAQM5nITO3wiRGjgt52IXsbmPyczOGFkUejnBclC5th5h43M3thd_ZD5UNq89cY4AdVTRJ90u8zUbHmrAPwjwk2VR0vg84mdwAEsu-VGgDKzyP7gTjHHjxMtMdf8AlDP-T4-7iT1rSAdDESImuvcCQAdM3BsyWxULjIrLFfFeavQJvwZWdAyAS7Ae5ouvJWdTbvwUlfnSmKRJNU.VXKckDBn0hDv4YKfatrKNhpQ4W5KfR5M50x-ImnSrpY&dib_tag=se&keywords=reiki+jin+kei+do&qid=1713451651&sprefix=reiki+jin+kei+do%2Caps%2C137&sr=8-1
It is not related to the Thai Forest Tradition you mention.
